Self-esteem

Self-esteem is the degree to which we feel confident, consider ourselves valuable, and respect ourselves, and this greatly affects our well-being.  Low self-esteem is associated with self-doubt, self-criticism, social isolation, suppressed anger, shame and is also a symptom of several mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression.

I can help you identify the areas in your life which you would like to change to achieve greater self-esteem. Counselling will offer you the tools to reach those goals, in the context of a safe and non-judgemental space. Emphasis throughout is placed on helping you develop inner strength and self-belief.
