About
My name is Rosaleen Kilgannon and I offer Counselling in Co. Sligo I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I specialise in short and long-term counselling for a range of issues.
I offer my clients a confidential space of warmth and acceptance creating a firm foundation for trust. I work from an integrative perspective, using the person-centred approach, and integrating other models if and when appropriate.
The person-centred approach focuses on the ‘here and now’, encouraging clients to explore and create positive change for themselves. I support my clients on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment through finding their inner-strengths.
Every session is unique involving unexpected outcomes and a fresh perspective on difficult situations. The sessions are very interactive and I believe that with support in a respectful environment each individual has the capacity to work towards and heal from personal past and present difficulties.
